We will give you the best advice we can. We do not hype or push products. We carry a lot of different products because our customers’ needs are diverse.  Our motto is not hard sell but rather Tell.  We will discuss both the positive and negative aspects of the product you consider purchasing.

Support
Our staff is knowledgeable and will answer your questions about terrestrial plants, gardening, designing your pond or water feature, fish health concerns, or anything to do with the hobby. If we do not know, we will endeavour to find an answer for you.

Pricing
It’s unwise to pay too much, but it’s worse to pay to little. We are not the cheapest nor the most expensive. We try to be fair.
